Todd Curtis was born and raised in Arizona, graduated from ASU in 1983 and started working in the home building industry. In 1993, he branched off and formed his own company. Because he is local, he has a clear understanding of what it takes to custom design a home to meet the environmental needs in the Valley of the Sun. His extensive knowledge of the local area and craftsmen allow him to employ only the finest artisans to meet your most stringent requirements. This is truly reflected in each custom-designed home.

For you, the client, Todd knows how extremely important it is to be actively involved in every step of the building process, from design to completion. All meetings are attended personally and Todd is the on-site superintendent throughout the entire building process. Further more, Todd is your Customer Service representative and coordinates all stages of the design and building process with the subcontractors. The result is a seamless process that combines the practical needs, concerns and budget of the client, with an undivided attention to the detail and artistry of each custom-built home. Todd will do everything possible to make the entire process an enjoyable one from start to finish. Your complete satisfaction is his ultimate goal.

CJ was born and raised in Arizona and followed in his father’s footsteps by graduating from Arizona State University in 2015. Working for Todd Curtis Custom Homes since October of 2015, CJ currently serves as Todd’s superintendent and project manager. By attending all pre-construction meetings and being on-site daily throughout the construction process, CJ helps ensure the successful completion of each home. This also allows him to provide top-notch customer service once your home is finished.
